It may take a while to learn how to exercise with a jump rope but you will be surprised at how quickly you'll improve with this fat loss workout. If you don't have a jump rope you can just visualize that you're holding one and use the same movements.

When you have a set of weights, you can do just about anything you can do at the gym from the comfort of your own home. Resistance or strength training is often considered one of the best ways to lose weight because muscles burn more calories, even while they are at rest. With a set of weights, you can use a mixture of bell presses, deadlifts, shoulder presses, raises, rows, curls and more to exercise almost any muscle in your body.
